Shipping
All orders are shipped from Poland or Italy, depending on the nature and location of the object.
Due to the size, weight, and artistic character of the works, shipping methods may vary and include:
standard courier services
dedicated art transport
custom crating and packaging
Shipping costs are calculated individually and confirmed before order completion.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to production time, transport conditions, or customs procedures.
Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Polish and EU consumer law.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and properly packaged for safe transport.
The buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
custom-made objects or works produced to individual client specifications
Sample Sale items
objects from the INDEX
site-specific works or installations
These objects are sold as final sale.
Important Notice
All objects sold by DÉRIVE STUDIO sp. z o.o. are works of art or artistic installations. Variations in material, surface, and finish are intentional and do not constitute defects.
The buyer is responsible for the installation, display, and use of the object.
